SamE for depression

I have tried Sam-e, St. John's Wort, 5-htp, you name it - I've tried it. I have pretty severe depression and they didn't help. That being said, according to some of the studies and literature it may work on less severe depressions. Good luck. it certainly doesn't hurt to try. and make sure you purchase a good high quality brand.
