A good decision in my opinion. I did the same. After trying several medications I realized I was just emotionally numbed and like you said, I wanted to feel normal and face life with a clear mind. Good for you! I did it under my psychiatrist supervision and had no problems with withdrawal. So, I recommend you to do the same. They, of course, will insist you absolutely need to be medicated at all times but you have the final word about your health. Best of luck, take care

So true. I recently watched a YouTube video where a psychiatrist at Stanford commented that the majority of antidepressants are ineffective. Then why doctors keep prescribing them? I tried between 7 or 8 and none of them made me feel better, but most of them gave me side effects. It’s absolutely crazy!

Think I'm just going to go cold turkey only on 15mg can't carry on like this.

I wouldn’t recommend it though. It’s better do it gradually. Withdrawal symptoms can be horrendous. I got horrible panic attacks only because I forgot my medication one time. The same happened to my mom. She threw up nonstop for days, and she ended up in the emergency room. You don’t want that happening to you. Better tapering off under your doctor’s supervision.

HelloI'm on 15mg now. Did your anxiety get worse. I've stomach issues so the over eating part is real problem.
