Just asking for encouragement and support. We buried Dad today and never being able to see him again or get another hug is really making me struggle

Mornings are bad. But im still here in my hometown where he was buried hanging out with my family and brothers so im doing alright.

Yesterday after he left the cemetery a panic attack hit but i took medicine and slept a little so that helped.
