I am currently traveling overseas for work and am expecting massive anxiety surrounding getting sick and not being able to travel home.

have you tried journaling? Meditating? Affirmations? Focusing on your breathing? Do you have any friends or family you can reach out to when you feel the symptoms coming on?
Can I ask why do you fear an illness..is it the traveling away from home, your safe space, or is it the destination that you fear?
