Need some help, been getting anxiety an a sad feeling. Anxiety had for 5 years. Symptoms insomnia an tension, comes an goes. Been feel this anxious sad feeling out of the blue. I work out wrestling , kickboxing jujitsu. When I train it goes away then it comes back, feeling panicky an sad. Everyday is hard, doing things I love. I am truly blessed. But this anxiety is a thorn in my life. Need to calm it down will be going to maui soon, getting panic anxiety about it. Any help would be good.
