Need some help, been getting anxiety an a sad feeling. Anxiety had for 5 years. Symptoms insomnia an tension, comes an goes. Been feel this anxious sad feeling out of the blue. I work out wrestling , kickboxing jujitsu. When I train it goes away then it comes back, feeling panicky an sad. Everyday is hard, doing things I love. I am truly blessed. But this anxiety is a thorn in my life. Need to calm it down will be going to maui soon, getting panic anxiety about it. Any help would be good.

  • I am sorry you are going through this. I am feeling similar. For me, I had to get on meds to feel better in the past and I am doing the same now. Exercise is great so hopefully you can continue that. Sending prayers and positive thoughts your way.

  • Awesome thanks for the love mustang 99, today been a good. I guess anxiety picked us. God is been there for me with blessings. I got money I live in Hawaii I am strong but yet I got anxiety! To humble me I guess? Thanks again prayers is needed😊 I will pray for you😊

  • So happy it has been a good day for you! That is great! Mine has been tough and yet I still hope in God that He will heal me. I too have been blessed by God however I did drift from him these last 3 years for various reasons. I too am strong but have anxiety and depression. That is the one thing I have not been able to conquer on my own. I am such a fiercely independent single mom that perhaps I needed to realize how much I need to depend on God for my strength and substance. I will pray you will heal quickly and thank you for your prayers.
