Living in constant fear

I suffer from severe panic attacks and ongoing depression caused by the Russian Federation invasion of Ukraine on Feb.24, 2022 as well as the incompetent actions by the Ukrainian government that not only suppresses all dissent but violates basic human rights of its citizens on a daily basis.

Those two factors made me live in a constant fear for my life, because even if I get lucky and survive yet another bombing and shelling of the residential areas by the Russian Federation, there's always a big fat chance that the Ukrainian government will finish off what Russians had started and send me to a sure death to the front line without proper medical commission, with me having an absolute zero military experience, and even without regimental. Make no mistake, these things happened en mass before so its more likely than the UA gov't officials might want to lead the outside world to believe.

With all that being said, it made my life miserable up to a point where I couldn't cope with it in solitude anymore and decided to look for help elsewhere. The reason why I've chosen this website was that I am distrustful of everything Ukraine has to offer in this department since I have zero trust that my personal data wouldn't be shared with the army butchers, that I wouldn't be tracked down like an animal, probably interrogated and tortured and sent for sure death afterwords.

If that's too much, I'm sorry. This is what I'm going through.

hi ,welcome what a dilemma,I think watching the invasion from uk on tele was bad enough,as the tanks rolled in but your country showed such a formidable force that Russia didn’t anticipate …I had no clue the regime inside Ukraine was so bad …puts things into perspective how grateful some of us should be with how easily we can go about our day to day …i just wanted to say I wish you well and hope things work out

I'm sorry to hear about your struggle, it's such a difficult situation. It is an awful war, and both sided are brutal.

I hope you can find a way to stay safe. I hope that the hostilities end. It is so unfair to all the people there caught up in that ugly war.
