this weekend has been a long one. Friday I had a field day at school and then that evening I had to drive to my moms to help her set up and prepare for my grandmas 90th birthday party. Saturday (yesterday) we had the party and then my boyfriend and I didn’t get back to my place until around 6:00. I did some work and then we went to bed around 10. This morning we got up around 9, cleaned the house, and we have been on apartment tours. We have two more left. We just stopped to get lunch but I’m hitting a wall and I’m feeling so exhausted which is making me not feel great. I then started crying which now has made my stomach upset. That or it’s something I had at lunch, which the thought of having food poisoning is not helping things. I really think I’m just overly tired

I understood you . Every person sometimes feels as if their soul is withdrawn, or as you said, in such times, my advice is to turn to yourself, take some time for yourself, that is, reach out to your soul and if there is a thought or feeling that suffocates you, confront it, listen to it, and just listen, do not oppose it, gradually this feeling will go away and the one you love will go away. do things and if you want to talk we are here for you
