depression has always been a big part of my life and still is, it started around the age of 9 and still here to this day Ive had my good days/weeks/months but it’s coming back to me I’ve noticed in the past 2 weeks Ive been eating light/heavily, I used to be supper skin and I’m now over weight and can’t even look in the mirror the same, I notice depression and always wonder why but I always think it’s because of my dad never expecting me as his own, when I finally was at the end at the age of 13 I was in the hospital for about a week and noticed I could do better but not even 8 months later I was back at square one. It’s coming back to me, what are some coping skill you guys use I need tips please.
