No one will ever want me.

No woman is ever going to want a man that can't have sex, wears a diaper, can't control his bowels and bladder, walks with a cane, wears leg braces, and wears compression stocking. I'm going to be alone forever.

For what it's worth, I'm female, 45, and have all of those same issues. It is awful and I am sorry for both of our suffering. However, I eventually found a man that accepts me. I know I add a lot of stress to his life, but we are trying to make it work. We got married in 2019. Don't lose hope. I've been exactly where you are at now.

Likewise I'm 67 male, can't walk uphill, broken skull, equilibrium, sterile from misdiagnosed Prostate cancer, wearing an incontinence pad, from genetic diabetes 2, continual loo visits, lives on my own, very limited transport, living on my own over 20 years, no probable change on horizon, Fox Trap there are others in the same situation, if that is any consolation?

I'm back FoxTrap took a break and saw your next post.

Do you really believe that you are unlovable? What would you do if the shoe were

on the other foot and it was she who had these issues? True love goes beyond

physical issues or it's not love.

I've worked in hospitals all my life as well as a Veteran's hospital where I saw the

devastations of war. It was probably my biggest learning experience in knowing that

a half a man, a quadriplegic, a blind man, an amputee still has one thing that makes us

human and that is the heart of a person. Caring and feelings come from there. It is us

that are too blind to see this at times. I'm glad that you are here with us where you will

hear life's own experiences. Keep coming back my friend, you are not alone. :) xx

hi,sorry to hear what you are going through and that’s alot especially for someone as young as you are. I know a couple in your situation and I can see the husband’s pain and sadness in his face. I believe sometimes something really good can come out of that much suffering, I have no idea what it could be. But keep posting, I and others care.

Hi,There is someone out there for everyone , and that means there is someone out there for you too..the things you describe don't define you as a person. You are way more than what is physically wrong with you. We all have something to offer, and we all deserve happiness, and that includes you too. You are worth more than you know.
