Anyone else have improvements in depression/anxiety in the evenings? Lately it’s bad in the mornings, starts to find a little relief mid afternoon but feel a lot better in the evenings. My depression/anxiety comes and goes but when it’s here I find myself the best in the evening. Have no problem going to sleep, my anxiety/depression will wake me up around 4am after have vivid strange dreams.

I find nighttime and early mornings far more soothing.
This is me! Morning is the worst for me. I think it's because I fear something bad will happen during the day, it's unknown. By the late afternoon I start to feel much better as well and look forward to loosing myself in sleep and peace. But then as the sun rises, it starts over again. You're not alone. Some folks feel worse at night because that is their unknown. Not every day is the same, sometimes I can wake up and I'm not anxious, but lately it's been bad. I just try to stick to a routine.
Yes and no for me...evenings are better for my depression...can do more things....my anxiety lessens at night...but never really goes away....because I know that I have to go back to the environment that causes most of my anxiety the next day. I never fully get away from it. I also take my meds at night...so that helps too
