Anxious

I don't know what to do or how to start this I just know that I have bad anxiety my chest hurts so much my throat feels like the pressure is gonna choke me. I can barely drink water on some days. I have been over thinking and making scenarios in my head that haven't even come to pass. I am gonna lose my relationship with the woman I love because lately my anxiety has fueled my jealousy. I trust her but then I get the you really think she's telling the truth voice in my head

I’m sorry to read that your anxiety is this bad as well. I can relate. From the way you’ve worded things, I’m understanding that you’re carrying a lot of weight from this. Does she do her part in reassuring you when your anxiety gets this bad? Do you do your part in communicating with her when your anxiety and thoughts get this bad?
