Just checking in to see how everyone is doing this Saturday evening!

Hi detour13, as I sit here at the computer tonite, I feel an inner peace

within my body and mind. I just finished dinner, it's almost the end of the

day and I am satisfied and content in all I got done today. I breathe deeply

as I'm looking at the posts as well as exhaling slowly releasing any bits of

stress. Life is Good....Saturday has been good as well.

detour, I hope you are experiencing some peace of mind and heart.

Hello Agora , I'm all good , just chilaxin watching some hockey, but always like to check in to see how everyone is doing, suffered from Panic attacks for years and still do on occasion. I enjoy reading that people are healing and on the road to recovery!!
