I had two job interviews and was unsuccessful in both .

It taught me as in your post , we should not change for the job or what it entails but to find what is better suited for us .

Rejection inevitably contains the hidden seeds for growth , it can inevitably teach us that we are in the wrong path and the necessity or sign posting to what is more relevant or in tune with what is right for us .
