hi! i’m new here! although, back in february i was diagnosed with health anxiety. i have chest pains, left arm pain and leg pain. i have back pain, headaches, stomach pain, all the things. my eyes will constantly hurt and be blurry. it all started because i thought i was having a stroke or heart attack. the scariest night of my life and ill never forget it. it was the worst panic attack ive ever had and i haven’t been able to recover from it since. then i was diagnosed with health anxiety. i’m constantly afraid that im having one of those things again. i’ve had blood work done, an ECG, all the things. i’ve been to 14 doctors and they’ve all told me im fine. what do i do?? am i actually fine?? does anyone else experience this?? my mom now thinks i have fibromyalgia!

Yes, l have the same so know just how you feel. I think there are lots on here who have the same and you are not alone. I have recently been diagnosed with aneamia and on top of everything else that l have, it has sent me off like a rocket with anxiety. It is so bad for me that l can’t sleep, can’t think clearly have tension headaches, brain fog, blurred vision. It has taken over my life. I am sorry you are like this. Adrenaline is a powerful thing. Time will probably make things easier for you to cope and hope you soon feel better. Wishing you well. Xxx
same!! i’ll get headaches all the time, especially tension headaches!! i get brain fog and blurred vision as well! it sucks! i hope you get better as well! anxiety has completely taken over my life and it’s the worst. my therapist has told me “it is what it is,but now what it seems.” if you live by that you’ll have better days!! i had 6 good days last week then went back downhill again but hope all is well!!🩵
Hi When I'm having a panic attack I have all those symptoms too. And I have a severe fear of death. And maybe health anxiety too. Been to dr nothing wrong.

wow Oakley you’re dealing with a lot you’re definitely not alone though. Health anxiety can be a real monster. Check out a book by the late Dr Weekes called Hope and Help for your nerves. Really spoke to me and brought comfort after being traumatized by horrid panic and anxiety. You can listen to it on YouTube as well or audible. Try deep breathing meditation too. There are guided ones online to follow. Deep breaths in from your nose hold three seconds slow exhale out your nose. Do it in sets of three to six. Hang in there. Lifting you in prayer 🙏🏻
When I first started experiencing symptoms like this, I got medication. For me, the probem was that I was worried about being worried. The meds short-circuited the doom loop for me. Just knowing that there was something that would provide relief made me feel better.
hey im new here and currently dealing with these things and its taking over my life, always thinking something is wrong with me, googling my symptoms, checking the mirror for a stroke, going to the ER every time I think something is wrong. im ready to feel normal again
