it’s been a long time coming, but it’ll only be one session for now since I’m currently abroad and will be going back to my home country that same week. I was gonna wait till I get home to go to therapy, but I can’t ya’ll. I feel like my brain is being squeezed every day.

Glad you're able to have that first therapy session! Hopefully it will make it easier for the next ones, wherever they may be. Hope it goes well!
