It is totally overwhelming when you look at the big picture and everything all at once. You could try writing everything down on a list and then only focus on one thing at a time. I have found that I make progress when I just take baby steps toward my goals instead of trying to accomplish a lot all at once.
Hi oceanwaves, I am sorry that you are going through that. I often go into depressive episodes when a vacation or something that I have been looking forward to is over. Then you have to go back to the ol' grind. I am always surprised by how fast my mood can shift from overwhelm to feeling okay. I like gajh's suggestion. Is there perhaps something that you can cut from your life that is creating stress? Sometimes it also helps to remind me what I have taken on and the why. I wish you peace and feelings of increased capability. ☮️
