Is there any light at the end of the tunnel? Dealing with Depression

Life can get hard. Some times more than others. Life can get to be great! It's those moments that we need to remember when we start going down that rabbit hole. Well, I've been going down that rabbit hole these past months which now are becoming more prominent than ever before. I have struggled with alcoholism most of my life and can say that it's been getting out of control lately. My depression and anxiety have been at an all-time high. I also haven't been able to make it to work. I feel stuck and debilitated recently. I'm seeking some guidance at this moment. I'm in the Chicagoland area.
