hi all hope all ok?! Had heart attack 8th Jan 44 thought pretty fit cycle and walk had checks gp thought gastro prob!! Then heart attack 3stents fitted my heath is better but mentally worse I ever been and docs!! So no sure what do just feel lost

are you able to do short cycles walks should be ok getting out and about will hopefully improve your mental wellbeing.

Thanks 🙏 I can get about and do a lot just the mental side canny stop brain running constantly and emotionally cry a lot never cried much ever in my life!! Each day can only hope
