As i lay here awake, negative thoughts are doing the rounds in my head.Only now a days, I sit with them and don't push them out.
And its hard. Your mind telling you self-destructive things. All the while, you know you don't want to do them.
Words of stay strong come to mind.

Hello I often over think in the early hours when I was struggling I used to put a cd on in bed repeatedly hypnosis positive thinking, it sent me to sleep id wake up calmer 😊🌻
Hey there! I'm glad you found something that really helped you through and made you feel calmer.
I sometimes listening to playlists designed for sleep, but haven't in quite a while so i really appreciate the gentle reminder 😊

Sorry man... But it's a sign of depression and you need to get it checked... I face the same thing and I'm diagnosed with it... Seek some professional help and btw you're doing a brave job by being here and sharing it with us!!

Me and Depression go way back. But you did get me thinking that perhaps i need a 'check up doctors appointment' or a 'check in with myself' .
