Mirtazapine 15mg was my miracle sinze i start taking but after 8 months im feeling again panic attacks at work home i book an appointment to see a doctor i dont want to back what i was before take the medication . Anyone else experience this just after few months?

Hi yes myseld now on differen meds After a while .

Id not give up yet though

Maybe phone doc for emergency phone appointment

Your dose may need increased as on small dose

Id try the 30 or 45 mg

If doc allows

15 mg is a pretty low dose. You may just need to go up. I am currently on 45 mg. Definitely speak with your doctor!

Yes I had the same problem, the Doctors upped mine to 30mg and now on 45mg per night. But do still get some mild anxiety in the day. I do meditation and breathing exercises every day and find this helps as well. Hope you get it sorted.

I'm a bit late joining this conversation, I was on the 15mg, then went upto the 30mg, and now on the 45mg, mine is primarily used to help with sleeping, as I've got nureopathy, nerve damage caused through drinking, however I've been on this medication for over 12 years and I'm quite happy to continue to use this medication, I find it helps me
