I took 30mg M for 18 months for anxiety. I decided to reduce the amount myself by halving it & then quartering it. It’s pretty powerful even on smaller amounts. I reduced the amount gradually but did not get withdrawal symptoms. I was eventually told to try for 2 weeks then finish. Because I quartered it I have kept some in reserve in case I get stressed. So far so good.

I done similar was on 45mg for years quartered them but ended up on 30mg and halving them for now not much difference to be honest.

those quarters are a good help to get some decent sleep so now and then.
