I woke up a while ago. Here 4:51 am. I am feeling anxious and lonely. I took Xanax before sleep. But sometimes medicines doesn't help fully. I need to talk to someone. But I am alone. Nobody have time. Sometimes I want to cry, 2 days ago i cried a lot. But it's not helped me also.This website is very good, sometimes helped me a lot. But mostly people are isolated. They don't want to talk in DM.
Many people told me they don't talk in DM, what kind of attitude is this. then why they joined this website.

Hi I'm anxious too. Please don't be discouraged on HU, it is a wonderful community. If ever you post and don't get a reply remember to read others posts and reach out also. In my opinion it helps as maybe someone needing to talk just waits for a reply instead of sharing with others in need at the same time as you x
