getting better?

I actually felt better after the mucinex and was able to go some grading and clean my apartment. Other than that i took it easy today. But I noticed at night I always feel worse. My stomach is a little upset probably from my anxiety around being sick, so I don’t really want to take any nyquil. My throat hurts so I’m trying to see if I can just have a cough drop. If I need to take the nyquil I will I just don’t want it to make me throw up. I want to feel better tomorrow. Tomorrow marks seven days of being sick with whatever this is. I keep feeling like it’s never going to get better
