Hey welcome. My family doesn’t have a clue and I’ve finally had to separate from many of them for my own peace and sanity. It certainly didn’t hurt that I found some great relief of my symptoms.

We all get it here. Keep trying to finding answers to feeling better. I’ve been on here some 6 months and have discovered many things to help now or I wish I knew about a long time ago.

If we feel better then the need for others approval goes down, at least in my case.

Please don’t go there. Message me, call 988 or a hotline. All human life has value. Sometimes hard to see and feel but it’s out there.
