Can you just stop taking mirtazapine after 5 days? Giving me strange headaches and not helping with sleep.

You should definitely check with your healthcare provider.

takes a few weeks before your body and mind adjust to them being on them 5 days should be ok but speak with the doctor.

Was it given for sleep or anxiety and depression?

Then it's better to wait because antidepressants take time to work, 4 to 6 weeks atleast. May be reducing to 7.5 would be a better starting dose. U can talk to your doctor about this citing headache as the reason. Secondly low doses of mirtazapine work better for sleep.
