Mirtazapine

Has anyone come off Mirtazapine slowly and how did they do it? Thanks. It makes me very tired.

Crochetchica, I came off mirtazapine recently. The doctor started with 7.5/15mg initially and went up to 60mg, by increasing 15mg, once in 4 weeks. But it didn't help at all. So tapering & stopping was also done at the same rate. i. e., reduction of 15mg every 4 weeks till 15mg, then 7.5 and finally zero. Discuss with doctor before tapering.

I'm too going through withdrawal symptoms of trazodone and it's terrible. Any one who can relate to this please connect.

Ditto! But not only does it make me feel tired, once I increased the dose to 15 mg I felt like I was going loopy. I also want to know how to come off of it altogether.
