As suffering from social anxiety I'm not able to communicate with anyone face to face . This leads me to loneliness. I would be happy to connect here with you guys. Welcome! I think you'll find really good support here. No judgement or debating. Just helping each other the best way we can-& people,"get it" here. I've found positive feedback and great suggestions from other group members too. Anxiety steals so much from us-its exhausting. Glad you are here with us.
