I am going through a lot of anxiety after my breakup with my girlfriend 6 months back. It was all my mistake and Ii am not able to accept the fact that she is gone now. I have had trouble sleeping for 2 months.
I have also been taking psychological therapy sessions for 2 months but still, I am not able to recover and it is not feeling good. Every day is a survival day for me.
Please if somebody can suggest something i would be grateful to you.
