I had a bad night, sitting down in the bathroom I suddenly felt very strange, dizzy and disoriented, my anxiety then hit me very strongly, the overpowering feeling that I was heading for another bout of labyrinthitis, I also had a bout of ocular migraine earlier.
Still full of anxiety today I usually take 20mg Citalopram and I was wondering if it would be ok to increase to 40mg today only just to give a little boost.
