Tonsil stones 🤢

Has anyone on here dealt with them? They're so irritating and it makes it hard to breathe unless i take a deep breath. I get them often and it's miserable til they come out. Any tips or anything if you have dealt with them??

Never had them but I do find them fascinating and I've watched a couple of videos on how they remove them.

You might want to ask your doctor about it. If you keep getting them despite having great dental hygiene. Like brushing regularly and using a tongue scraper. Your doctor might recommend to you to have your tonsils removed.

One tip I heard is try to catch them when they are small enough to remove them yourself. Use a cotton swab to get them out.

For discomfort gargle warm salt water
