I've gotten a lot of support here in recent weeks. I wanted to take today and say thank you. To everyone.

I tend to go in phases in life, and that includes on a depression support site. I've been fortuante to have been able to be the one more providing support a lot of the time over the years (mainly on a different, now defunct site); and also often the one more receiving it. That's less comfortable. I want to be well, better, etc.

But, sometimes I just have to acknowledge how good a thing it is to have come this way and received the help and support from other people in this world who are empathetic, kind and compassionate. It is an ineffable and irreducibly good thing.

So thanks.
