It's nice isn't it ? You can say most anything here and either get helped or at least supported or connected to others.

You never feel totally alone no matter what is on your mind or how you are feeling that day. The creators of HU did an amazingly good job of this, to make sure people always have somebody to talk to...

I got defended the other day and she did a far better job than I could have ever done by myself. I'm too embarrassed to tell her what a great job she did. It meant a lot that I don't always have to fight for myself...

It was such a good day today thanks to you all, I did get some bad news about my health though..

My BP is 150/120 which is a medical emergency.

I got some BP pills at home for this.

I'm out of breath a lot and sweating badly. The eye Doc was concerned.

I better see a Doctor pretty soon for this. A little unpleasant way to end a good day. I didn't want to bring anybody down on such a nice day..
