Bobbie deal with this by first controlling ur breathing & ALWYS remember Uare a FIGHTER & WARRIOR & YOU WIN EVERYDAY & when you start ur day DON'T RUSH & TAKE IT EASY.
Hopefully that will help u remember ur in control & the panic & fear will NEVER win. Now try to sleep & I hope ur have been eating good meals too Bobbie.
I'm the sort of person to let's others know that when they've helped me see a better way then I'm going to give them their dues. Yes I did all the work but the members of this group gave me the inspiration to meet that change knowing I will be ok making the change & the fact ur glad for me the very reason I know this group is right for me to help & be helped & I love to use positive words as gone are the days where we should ever talk negative to our loved ones , like the old ways of if u do something wrong u get called an idiot or a waste of space or a mistake. If a child fails at something it's the adult who did show the child how to do it correctly .
Anyhow, thank you for ur positive words & I take inspiration from them as I do with posts from others too.
What are some things people have suggested you can do to help yourself when you feel this way?
Distracting yourself can be done anywhere at any time! What else? Slow deep breaths in and out a few times. You have to try! No one else can do these things for you. People can only encourage you but you have to try.
Bobbie , U need to train ur brain to go into block & encourage mode , where you block the panic & encourage urself by saying ur a fighter & warrior & u beat the panic & fear everyday & then as soon as u feel an attack starting you go in to fight mode & scare the panic away by not letting it in to start the fear.
ONLY YOU CAN BEAT THIS !!!
D-Dhanda, what Bobbi needs is serious, professional help. There comes a point when helping oneself is no longer an option. Accepting that she needs professional help, and taking that first step forward, is vital at this point.
Snow & thats exactly what I was doing all weekend & tell her the exact same thing everyday she has admitted her GP is being called too often by her , she also spoke of needing a live in carer . She has been taking step & unfortunately Bobbie can go from Up to Down in seconds due to her panic & fear.

Firstly thank you Kainan for ur positive words & I can totally understand why this is such a great group of people who have such experiences that it's easy to relate to & reach out & talk to them & as I say since joining I've felt I've been understood without judgement & thats truly a special thing
