sorry your feeling that I am too!!! Do you know if something triggers it ? I know why I’m having mine ! It feels soo incredibly unfair so called loved ones have decided to bully me into or manipulating toxic behavior to try to get me to be what they want& when they want. They feel entitled to do so!
