My anxiety is bad when I wake up in the morning too.

I wake up most mornings with anxiety (not an attack as such) which eases a little during the day, but as the night draws in I find my depression starts to build

I also wake up with anxiety frequently. I am surprised to see that so many other people have a similar problem.

It seems to me that that would be a good time to engage in meditation or breathing exercises to calm yourself down before you get started with your day. I also find that getting up and doing things helps me to reduce my anxiety.

I’m more of an evening person myself. Usually around bedtime. 😩
