Just thought that alot of people on here could do with an uplifting cleansing meditation, if this feels right for you give it a try, you may wish to read it though first so you know roughly what to do, it doesnt have to be perfect:-
Sit or lay somewhere comfortable where you wont be disturbed. You can put some nice gentle music on if you like. Scented candles etc are optional too
Take a deep breath in through your nose and gently out through your mouth, keep this breathing up throughout the session., dont worry if you cant, do your best. Imagine you are on a beautiful secluded beach, you are safe it is a private beach just for you.
The sun is shining bright and warm. You are lying down on a sun lounger, it feels so comfortable. You can hear the waves lapping gently and the birds calling out. You are feeling very comfortable and relaxed. You can smell the salt air. The light of the suns rays covers you and the sun lounger, you almost feel like you are sparkling from head to toe like the waves are where the suns rays are covering your whole body. You start to feel a sense of peace surrounding you now, you are thinking little about your worries of the day and enjoying the sensations of the sun and the light is so very bright, gentle and warm. The light of the sun seems to enter your every pore and cell, you see the light filling all areas of your body and mind, its very beautiful and very bright. You are feeling peaceful and serene, the word peace is in you mind now and it feels very pleasant. You feel warm and comfortable and calm and filled with light. You continue to breath deeply.
Give yourself time to relax like this then after 10/20minutes allow yourself to open your eyes.. Give yourself time to come round from this. I hope you all have a wonderful day..🦋
