It should be an annual required training priority that doctors, licensed therapists, and practitioners dealing with patients who have chronic anxiety and panic attacks. To be put in situations that evoke anxiety and panic! Something like having to run up 3 flights of stairs, put a plastic bag over your head, then turn around and find you are nose to nose with a bangle tiger 😜🤣🙂
