Remember. One moment at a time. Sometimes, I can't even do life an hour at a time so, I do 10 minutes at a time. Whatever you can do, it's enough. You're enough. And-

You're ok and worthy.

Don't ever give up on yourself.

I got my feelings hurt today and it is just so intense. Because I’m sensitive and tend to overthink I let little things feel so big get me down. Just needed to share this.

Awww! You poor thing. I understand, I'm the same way. I try to tell myself 'don't believe everything you think' Sometimes it helps. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Starr I'm sorry to hear this it's hard been over sensitive or empath, if you feel comfortable telling us maby we help you lessen the hurt in helping you see feel it less intense, I realize I'm oversensitive so when a off the cuff comment which hurts on first thought I think no I'm over reacting the person doesn't mean to upset me I'm over reacting my mam can be a bit out spoken for instance it's just her way she totally doesn't mean to hurt, on realising my over sensitiveness it has helped me dis emotionalism my reaction, it is hard to move on when someone like a partner says hurtful stuff, I had many years of that with a misoginst boyfriend, you can pm me if want to talk in private sending my love and hugs🤗🤗 🧡🌟😹

I got left out in family pictures posted. It just makes me feel I’m not liked by my husband’s family.

Hi I can understand your feeling left out, but as you say if your not on many pics, especially if you said you don't want yours taking maby he didn't think it a big deal for you, I would talk to him about it you can't supress it just say how come I'm not on the pics, it will fester inside you and cause inner stress you need it out if I supress stuff it sometimes comes out when I had a drink in not such a good way better to get it out when you're feeling calmer and try get outside the situation🤗🤗🧡🧡

😩you’re not over sensitive. Those are valid feelings. Felt them many a times. But it’s ok don’t overthink the part that they have something against you. Prob unintentional or just their own thing. Either way you’re a blessing. Tell yourself that.

Try and distract do something nice have some play fun with your kitties I had good play with pixie chased him up down garden watching him run up the tree all my thoughts were just him and smiley fun then I hugged him 😹😹😁

Oh Swilly needed to read this. My anxiety was on me this morning and I had to drive to a dealer and the thoughts were just coming fear on fear. I pumped that music up and sang and just let my emotions be. But ughhh it just throws off the day, I feel, like if we avoid or respond to the anxiety. Sorry to rant. Are you feeling better today?

It's ok lol I rant too. I'm kind of better. I have to distract myself a lot. I figure it's better than sitting with it 100% of the time. I do sit with it but ugh. I'm sorry about your day. That sucks. I'm glad you were able to sing it out!
