I got my feelings hurt today and it is just so intense. Because I’m sensitive and tend to overthink I let little things feel so big get me down. Just needed to share this.
Awww! You poor thing. I understand, I'm the same way. I try to tell myself 'don't believe everything you think' Sometimes it helps. Thank you for sharing.
😩you’re not over sensitive. Those are valid feelings. Felt them many a times. But it’s ok don’t overthink the part that they have something against you. Prob unintentional or just their own thing. Either way you’re a blessing. Tell yourself that.
Oh Swilly needed to read this. My anxiety was on me this morning and I had to drive to a dealer and the thoughts were just coming fear on fear. I pumped that music up and sang and just let my emotions be. But ughhh it just throws off the day, I feel, like if we avoid or respond to the anxiety. Sorry to rant. Are you feeling better today?
It's ok lol I rant too. I'm kind of better. I have to distract myself a lot. I figure it's better than sitting with it 100% of the time. I do sit with it but ugh. I'm sorry about your day. That sucks. I'm glad you were able to sing it out!
