hi, so I’ve have a lot of medical problems. With diabetes type 1 also high blood pressure. Now mayb sleep apnea , have to get tested - my mental health has been foggy lately and Dr. Thinks I have adhd I can’t focus when some one talks to me . Now my husband wants me to go to work , but mentally and physically I can’t do it . Been so tired can anyone give any ideas .
