need a person to talk some things out with. I’m 31, married with a small child. Feeling really alone and unheard. Past trauma is a contributing factor. Not to sound insane, but wanted an objective unbiased opinion/support. Please reach out! I’m glad to hear you out as well!

I know what it feels like to wonder if you’re losing it. you have a small child to channel love into, babies and children are amazing. I’m here if you need to talk things out with, remember how fortunate you are to have a wife and family.

The hardest thing I’ve ever done is be a mom to my 4 kids while having debilitating anxiety. The guilt, the lack of assurance for everything I did, never being good enough, never being able to do what I wanted to do with them. Being alone with no grown ups to talk to. Never a day off to recover. This group is wonderful, people are so willing to listen and you don’t have to explain. We get it. I hope you’ll find comfort here like I did.
