I’m a little freaked out right now. I have had a occasional twitch in my wrist, no big deal. It’s getting worse. Now my arm goes where it wants. Sometimes I feel really weird on the inside like it’s vibrating or something. I know I will have to tell my doctor. I’m scared to death it’s Parkinsons. Does this circus ever end?

Wow. Sorry it seems like another issue came up. For a few weeks not I wake up with something like restless arms. They jut out and move around a lot. Fun fun.

When I had my sleep study they said I had periodic limb movement. Maybe that is something you could research.

I need to do something and definitely talk to a doctor. It happened again. It's so uncomfortable and...icky. I don't know how to the sensation I get of needing to move my arm.

I’m sorry you’re feeling afraid of this new health problem. Have you scheduled an appointment to see your physician to have them run some tests? Try not to let your mind run away with this one. Without information our brains will fill in the causes with catastrophic thinking. That’s how we are built to survive. Generally speaking things are never as bad as we allow ourselves to create they are. Try to take some time for yourself, maybe find a new book to dive into, or cook something fall. I’m around if you need someone to talk with. The Lord loves you and He wants to give you comfort through this, lean on Him. 💗

Thank you. I have an appointment scheduled for next month with my pp. I had asked my neuro about it when I saw her but at that time it was just my wrist. She acted like it was nothing

Excuse me if I’m mistaken, but you have fibro correct? I know spasms with fibro are quite common. It can also be a side effect of some medications. Without any further information I couldn’t begin to guess what is causing it but I’m happy to chat if it would help settle your mind. Thinking of you today and sending lots of calm your way!
