Only if you feel comfortable sharing.

>>Does anyone here take or took the brand name medications Auvelity or Aplenzin? And if so, what was your experience? Any bad side effects?

I know they both contain bupropion but, in their brand forms are more effective it seems.

I'm looking into my medications and whether I need something different. These meds show much promise but, they're kinda new so I'm curious. 🤷

Thanks for reading!

Hi. My son is starting Auvelity today and I will definitely keep you updated on how it goes. He is 21 and has ADHD, anxiety and has been struggling with depression for the past year. He has tried lots of meds and seems to have side effects to almost everything. He has done so much research on psilocybin for treatment, but unfortunately this option is not legal where we live - yet. Auvelity works more like Ketamine and I am very hopeful that this will give him some relief. Our psychiatrist said that is should work very quickly, which is another huge bonus. We have amazing insurance, but this drug is not covered. Very frustrating since there is not an alternative. The cost is really high ($650), but I do have a coupon to use that will hopefully make this better - won't know until he picks up the med. I will keep you posted.
