Today my best friend and I went to a nearby town just for a trip out, no real reason at all. While we were eating lunch he asked me “how’s your anxiety today?”

just him recognising that I am suffering and that he understands was wonderful

He is my only friend so I feel that I burden him with my problems, but he doesn’t even worry about it and only cares about me

I always thank him for everything he does for me! Emotionally and mentally as well as financially. He is a very strong friend
