I’m really anxious and depressed today. My phone service was shut off and this is my only way to reach out. I have no one to talk to. No transportation so I lost my doctor and social worker. I’m not sleeping hardly at all. I don’t feel like I can make any meaningful decisions. I’ve been staying in my room. Haven’t left the house in over 2 months. Financial situation is pretty dire. I don’t know what to do

Is there church or charity you can ask for help or guidance. Do have Advisory line you can call - charity? Loan? Borrow? Ask your bank or charity

This is a good start. There are people here who are willing to chat and also try to help. I have recently been going through isolation and have very few contacts in person, but have some support through texting, email and phone calls. The in-person contacts are more like a long-term project I am working on.
