Know that there is always hope ahead
Read positive quotes or poetry
Take time to just be wether that means sitting in nature listening to birds or meditating or focus on deep breathing
Exercise
Reach out to people like you have here or write in journal
Listen to music or create a hobby like art or gardening, etc
Take care- shower/bath, use lotion, eat, sleep, have tea.
Change your environment
I'm struggling today myself. Tomorrow will be better. I'm not familiar with what you've already tried. Have you tried calling up crisis chat line I think I'm about to call one I've had a trying day.
Accept it, hang in there and it will get better. Try to find something to distract yourself with.
rly praying for u rn - this might not work for you, but immediately i tried to regulate my breathing n make sure i was safe - in the long run, i’d recommend thinking back to ur childhood n remembering what u enjoy. reading, puzzles, coloring, swimming, or even the food u enjoyed!
Sorry to hear this. I was having a very serious problem last week. The responses on this site really helped me. People are so kind, caring and compassionate. It really helped me. Prayer usually works for me. Maybe you should get some sleep.
Take it one hour at a time so you don't get overwhelmed
