Yes. It should be working now for depression. Doctors / evidence suggests that there is little benefit in raising the dose any higher.
It sounds as though you should see your doctor to discuss how to withdraw from this and to discuss alternatives

Yeah I just feel less energy and drive in am. . No motivation...what alternatives I have tried a few citalopram worked for years at 10mg then 20mg no sexual sides..this is horrendous...I was going. Come off my painkillers cold turkey for ankylosis but that has wr affected my libido or erectile capacity prior so can I it can only be duloxetine...including 30mg prior thats 4 months
