Anyone experienced EMDR therapy?

Would you give it a try?

Thoughts?

I've also done emdr therapy and found it very helpful for healing trauma/c-ptsd. I worked with a therapist that specialized in treating trauma/c-ptsd and used it as part of the therapy. My therapist made sure I felt safe and trusted him and the process before starting the emdr. Mine used hand buzzers which made it easier instead of moving my eyes. I initially tried emdr with a generalist therapist but didn't find it helpful with them.

good to know it helped you with trauma. I know someone who says it helps them with depression but I’m not sure what to believe where that person is concerned.
