You. Are. Awesome. I’m trying each day in meditation to focus on the breath and the positives as it changes the perception and things are easier and even fun at times. I really have to learn to stay in the present and not worry so much.
I am grateful for WhatsApp which allows me to text and phone friends and family for free, have just heard from a very dear friend in Norway - I haven’t seen her for years but we had a great chat! Having just lost two close school friends recently, I certainly value the ones I have left - both in person and on this forum if you know what I mean!
