My father had a arterial dissection heart attack in 2020. I thought I was ok until Christmas last year I had my first panic attack 2 weeks before Christmas. My problem is I have a shoulder that dislocated regularly and nerves in my neck that cause the whole left side of my body to go numb on occasion and sternum/rib movement every so often.
I'm afraid I'll have a heart attack and not even know it. Even though I know it doesn't work like that.. how do I cope with this? I just recently got a as needed medication but I would like to tackle this head on now

Are you seeing someone about your anxiety? I can understand your fear. I am elderly and could have a heart attack at any time. But my therapist urges me to practice mindfulness. And to stay in the moment where I’m safe.
Therapy is my next step. I need to save for it, my finances are tight. Just hoping for some coping methods/ advice from those have this condition longer. It's all new to me
